The RoHs and WEEE guidelines were implemented in Germany by the ElektroG, which came into force on March 16, 2005. According to §3 ElektroG, manufacturers and importers are obliged to register with the responsible public body if they bring a product from the ElektroG catalog onto the market. This obligation applies from November 24, 2005. The ElektroG extends the responsibility of dealers and importers to include the return and recycling of their products. Our products are registered accordingly.
