Secure Private Cloud & IaaS – Your Sovereign Cloud Infrastructure
Cloud Capabilities Without Giving Up Control Over Infrastructure, Data or Operations
sayFUSE Secure Private Cloud & IaaS combines compute, software-defined storage, virtualization and virtual networking services into a controlled, sovereign cloud infrastructure. The cloud environment can be deployed in your own data center, a customer-owned environment or a contractually and technically controlled data center. This allows organizations to retain control over infrastructure location, operations, data and access policies.
Unlike traditional public cloud models, where infrastructure and operational processes are largely determined by the cloud provider, sayFUSE Secure Private Cloud enables organizations to design and manage their cloud environment on their own terms. Organizations define their own administrator roles, tenant boundaries, resources, security policies and compliance requirements.
Cloud Functionality Without Losing Control: Your Infrastructure Stays Where It Belongs — Under Your Authority.

Sovereignty at Every Level
Control Over Infrastructure Location and Data Residency
The cloud runs on a dedicated sayFUSE HCI infrastructure. Data, metadata and workloads remain within the defined and controlled operating environment. Access paths, responsibilities and external connections are explicitly defined, controlled and documented. This provides transparency into where data is processed, who can access it and which external connections exist.
Cloud Resources Without Additional Infrastructure Silos
Virtual machines, storage capacity and network services are centrally provided through a unified platform. Capabilities such as high availability, live migration, backup, live synchronization and Post-Zero-Trust access can be integrated modularly.
This allows new requirements and services to be implemented without building and operating a separate infrastructure silo for every function. It reduces complexity, operational overhead and dependencies while maintaining a high degree of flexibility and scalability.
IaaS with Tenant Isolation and Self-Service
Departments, government agencies, projects or customers can be managed as separate, isolated tenants. Each tenant is assigned defined roles, resource quotas, virtual networks and approved services. Authorized users can request standardized infrastructure resources through self-service, while central policies and capacity limits remain enforced.
-
Provision virtual compute resources and workloads for specific projects.
-
Allocate software-defined storage based on capacity and performance requirements.
-
Integrate tenant networks, security zones and controlled interconnections.
-
Centrally manage roles, projects, quotas and administrative boundaries.
-
Migrate existing systems through live migration and continue operating them.
Secure Cloud
The sayTEC security architecture is structured into three vault layers. The innermost vault contains the physical infrastructure. Secure Cloud operates within the outer vault layer, while Network as a Service encapsulates tenant and security networks as the middle vault. Applications, data and identity-based access form the secure core.
Hybrid Connectivity Without Losing Control
Public cloud services and external locations can be securely connected through defined gateways and explicitly authorized communication channels.
The Secure Private Cloud remains the controlled point of entry for all external connections. Instead of broad, difficult-to-control network interconnections, communication paths are explicitly defined, segmented and managed with full traceability.
This creates a hybrid infrastructure that enables connectivity without giving up control over networks, data and access.
Typical Use Cases
-
Government agencies and public organizations with strict sovereignty requirements.
-
Industrial companies handling sensitive production and development data.
-
Critical infrastructure environments and regulated organizations.
-
Data centers and service providers offering controlled customer environments.
-
Companies seeking to gradually expand their cloud capabilities.
Economic Benefits
The cloud infrastructure is sized according to current demand and expanded with additional nodes, capacity and services as needed. Investments grow in line with actual usage. A shared operational platform reduces the number of interfaces, parallel management systems and the effort required to maintain and administer separate infrastructure environments over the long term.
